I bought a used Arc xl and the stone was dirty. This door was able to heat the front side of the stone so I could make the stone look new again

I own a Neapolitan street food business in the UK, and after reading several great reviews, I decided to try the Napoli Flame Shield and it didn’t disappoint. The shield made it much easier to regulate my oven’s temperature; once I found the right setting, I no longer had to constantly adjust it, and the pizza edges were noticeably less prone to burning. I also found that I didn’t have to move the pizza around as much during cooking. In fact, I’ve started relying on the oven with the shield much more, as it maintains the ideal temperature and the stone recovers heat much quicker. On quieter events, I can even run one oven on low or turn it off completely, saving on gas. I’m very happy with the purchase and will be buying another for my second oven.

I was initially sceptical about the door for the Gozney ARC XL, but it has proven to be an excellent investment. Not only does it save on gas by reducing heat-up times, but it also makes cleaning a breeze. After an accidental mishap that left my stone dirty, I simply attached the door and cranked up the flame quickly cleaned the entire stone, so I could get back to making pizzas right away. I run two ARC XL ovens, and the one equipped with the door heats up noticeably faster than the one without.

Great Product! Keeps the crust from charring to fast. The guard enables the cook to manipulate the pizza to different heat zones . And really cooks the top . It has brought me to the place I was striving for with my “pizza journey “. It’s made me a “ pizzaiolo”. Here are some pics. The one with the black olives is a vegan pizza ( made for a friend$

I purchased the Neapolitan flame shield and the Pan shield from Flamecraft and both are beautifully produced and fit the Arc perfectly. They will make cooking pizza easier and speed up the time between pizzas

I've always had a problem with burning some of the crust. The Flame Guard has made the baking easy. I plan to order the other two guards soon.

I think these accessories got the Gozney Arc are extremely well made and work as intended. Would recommend

much better cook for a NY style pizza.

Easy to install and cooked my first pizza in the oven. Definitely easier to control browning/burning of sides. But now need to rethink my process of how hot to have stone, leaving temp on/off etc. no issue just need to cook more pizzas to learn this great addition. Note I’m commenting on the pizza deflector. I haven’t tried the pan one yet.
